New To NSV so I wanna Test My Work. from looking at it, it should be about 110kbps

nm. it works. I know for sure it does. no sooner did I have the stream up and running, I had a flood of ppl coming in to watch my broadcast. atleast I know it works. now I just need to get a TV tuner and I can broadcast live.
