reading for days lol

ppl but i feel like ive been reading for days here its actually only been 3 hours but none the less ive typed in questions to search for and just read and read topics and answers. that ctrl alt g thing is cool

i will use that in the future

anyways back in the day when i first learned how to broadcast my friend had a shell and gave me an ip and stuff to connect to so i could broadcast and with it there was a full webpage with all the info on it ike current song and artist .. how many ppl were listening on and on not just the lil squint at bit i get when i connect to shoutcast and search for myself. how do i do that again as my friend no longer has that shell and also if ya have a min my brain froze and i cant remember what to do when i tell ppl how to listen instead of givin em my ip :8000 what do i use with the .pls bit at the end thanx SOOOOOOOOOOOO much in advance for all you ppl that have the patients to help ppl like myself you guys are great!!!

i am working on a script that shows the tracks played

now im working on the rest that shows things like the stream bitrate, listeners, etc

feel free to post back here if you want it

it quite customaisable to, in the fact that you can choose what you want to be displayed etc

What you want is the DNAS page.

DNAS link: http://yourDNASip:yourDNASport
Listen link: http://yourDNASip:yourDNASport/listen.pls

Replace yourDNASip with the ip of the DNAS (SHOUTcast server) and yourDNASport with the DNAS port (default is 8000)

You guys are the epidemy of support. I dont know how anyone would finger this stuff out without your help. Do you guys use mIRC at all? Is so what server? For that matter does anyone use mirc?

i have my own shoutcast server

irc.thedigitaldream.co.uk

and the channel for my station is #thedigitaldream

anyone is free to create channels on irc.thedigitaldream.co.uk tho
