Not even close to a rip.

ya look closely at the top of the main window with both and their almost exactly the same.. the then look down at the mini avs and the buttons to the left.. exact same. the guy probably just drew over the korea skin and changed a lot of things.

It has been inspired, probably the Korea skin has been reworked for the other one. The most significant sign is the '/URL' typing in the lower right corner of the MB. It is an unusual design element, and the 'font' and pixel placement is exactly the same. Maybe the RED skin is a remix of different skins, me thinks I've seen those cbuttons before, also the author forgot about numbers.bmp. An inspiration rip does not necessarily lead to rejection, however when there is evidence that the author just put elements of different skins together to a 'new' one (like cbuttons or EQ sliders) it certainly will be removed. Will check for it, thanks for reporting

With the friendly permission of the author of the original _KOREA_ skin, SungJee Yoo, the -RED- skin is allowed to stay. Case closed
