some probs with encoding/streaming
started experimenting with the streaming/encoding system, and its really great, but with a couple probs that effectively stop me from using it from time to time
the batch encoder, whenever i add source files and click on "edit profile" or "ok" after selecting the file(s) the program crashes, thus not letting me use it AT ALL nsvenc.exe works nicely for streaming, but when encoding with it, it seems to do a lousy job, 22min for a 22min mpg? i could convert that to a divx and then back to mpg and then to wmv in that time :/ also nsvenc.exe crashes from time to time while encoding to .nsv, works nicely when streaming biggest prob: a/v sync problems, my video goes out of sync the further it goes, havent found a way to sync it so far. any suggestions? all input would be great on the problems, wanna know if anyone else is having these probs and if they got around them somehow |

As for the sync, I also had the sync problem. However, I realized I was using the wrong framerate. The movie was actually encoded in something like 22.37fps, but the summary tab of right clicking the file truncated this to 22. You may wish to use this handy utility to find the exact framerate
