http: returned 0

Hello,

i'd like to apologize if this has already been posted or maybe is in the wrong forum, but a search didn't come up with usable results.

Sometimes when i try to connect with winamp to a radio station it gives me back http: can't connect, which i understand means that no one is currently djing, but recently i get http: returned 0. What does this mean, please?
