compatible TV tuner cards

this has been discussed very often here yet no clear answers. so, my question is does anyone have TV tuner cards here and how compatible are they with streaming NSV? as I plan on getting a TV tuner card soon but would like it to be NSV compatible.

Yes, I finally got mine to work. How I did it >

I Bought a ATI Radieon ALL IN WONDER card for 39.99$ at CompUSA my computer store. Then after bringing it home relizing It still didn't work. (WHAT THE F***) So after hair pulling, i downloaded the newest drivers for it. Well what do ya know. IT WORKS!! Only problem is, you can't restart your comp or your drivers disappear or so mine do. Also you DON'T nor CAN'T have your TV Card open when you run this, but NSVCap has ability to change channels once you get it to work.
