Static/Crackling Audio

This may help someone else out...

When I would try to listen to an NSV stream, I would get crackling audio, it seemed to happen pretty randomly at times during the feed, and it would fade away.

I've found that it was RockSteady. (2.1 is the version that I was using)

I turned off all DSP effects. (Set it to (none)) and everything worked fine.
