How do you get nightclub mode?????

For the skin JRS i cant figure out how to get the night club feature to work if you know plase let me know! also this skin seems to take a super ling time to load and crashes quite quickly help would be appreciated!! thanx!22

the skin it self does not have a "night club feature", it has a night club theme to it as described in the descripition.
