Encode Settings

Hi

Does anybody know why i can't select 128 kbps, 44 Khz, stereo on my encoder settings of my shoutcast source?

I'm Using windows xp professional, winamp 2.81, shoutcast server 1.9.2, shoutcast source 1.8.2b.
