a pre made shoutcast file???

why do u need that its easy to edit. all you have to edit it the max users and password

how fast is ur upload speed???
and what bitrate are you planning to broadcast at

Is it possible to shut down your firewall so I can start send or is there any program that can help me whit that?

It is possible. However you have given us no idea what firewall you have or if you have a router.

I got telia adsl (swedish broadband) and I dont have any router

is that enought? if not, then ask me for more information

if not are you using windows xp (it has a built in firewall)
