yp.shoutcast.com gave error (nak)

I have worked on this error message for sometime now. I am not using a firewall, but I have discovered that road runner has me behind a proxy server, because when I check my ip with whatismyip it gives me one number and when I do ipconfig it give me another. Winamp loads right but the server still can't be found. any suggestions!

If you're behind an ISP cache changing Yport in sc_serv.ini/sc_serv.conf from 80 to 666 should bypass it.
