radio stations not responding

Hi there,
I'm trying to connect to any station, but I always get the
same response on the browser (IE 6.0): Too many requests. Try again tomorrow.

I've never had problems getting streams from shoutcast,
but for more than a week I'm getting this one.

Can anyone help ?
