DSP causes WinAmp not to play

I installed the DSP plugin and the Shoutcast server and now WinAmp will not play on my server when the DSP is enabled. If I disable it, it works fine. If I select the sound card as the source, rather than WinAmp, everything is fine - however - on the client side - when I try to listn to the stream, I am able to connect and the title and artist for the current song are displayed, but there is no audio. When the song changes on the server, the same song info is still showing.

When I connect to the server, I get the little WinAmp audio clip that first plays, and that's it.

Has abyone ever had this problem? I couldn't find anything about it in the forums. Is something configured wrong?
