Music from pc on winamp

Question : how can I hear the music that enters my pc via my soundcard on winamp ? So I have music being broadcasted from a mixing panel linked to my pc, and I hear the sound on my pc. Now I would like that sound on my winamp-player so that I can broadcast that music via Shoutcast. So actually I want to create a livestream...
Is this possible? How ?
