On Demand Cannot Find Playlist?

Hi, I've read the FAQ and searched the forums, but I can't for the life of me get on-demand to read my playlist file.

I have Shoutcast set up correctly, and if I type in the full path to an MP3 I get it on my remote client (e.g. I open winamp and say load http://ip:port/content/long/path/to/file.mp3).

I have a playlist called 'all.pls' sitting in my mp3 root folder. It *should* be availible via http://ip:port/content/all.pls but whenever I try and open it in WinAmp I get a 404 and ShoutCast mumbles:
Invalid resource request(/content/all.pls)

If I rename it to .mp3, WinAmp starts to download it but obviously can't play it since it's a non-MP3 file.

I also cannot access the pls file via:
http://ip:port/content/all.mp3

What's going on? I just want to be able to listen to my home mp3s from work without burning them all to CD, etc.
