Web Interface - Document Contains No Data

I am able to see the Admin web interface when running sc_serv on my personal Red Hat 9 server via http://myip:8000. However, I can not see the Admin web interface with sc_serv running on my friends (high bandwidth) server. He is running RH 7.2. Is there something I need to configure on the server end ? Other than this, everything seems to work (am able to connect with Winamp, broadcast, listen etc.). Again, I can see the the web interface on one RH box, but not the other. config files are the same. Thanks.
