Web Panel Login???

this is sort of a wierd one cuz i know i installed everything right. the shoutcast servers is running but when i go to the web panel it asks me for a username and password. now, i know what the password is, but why does it ask for a username and what should i put for that? it is whats stopping me from accessing the panel. it may be that i am in Windows 2003 cuz that doesnt happen in Windows 2000 until i go to the ban list or something in which case its the same problem.

so the question is:

what do i put for the username?
