Intel 82815 Graphics Controller integrated

Have somebody had problems with this card
While trying -> "nsvenc /cfgcap cap:0,N sc:127.0.0.1:8001:headers.txt"
I've got

C:\Program Files\NSVtools>nsvenc /cfgcap cap:0,N sc:127.0.0.1:8001:headers.txt
NSVenc v0.80 (4/19/03) - Copyright (C) 2001-2003, Nullsoft Inc.
Available video capture devices:
warning: no video capture devices present
Available audio capture devices:
0 ESS Solo

and Windows Message NSVenc.exe - Application Error
....
What do I need to do ??

I cannot broadcast *.NSV files if I do not have
a capture device ??
Or I misunderstood ??

you can do both.

To send individual .NSV files use the snvscsrc command line tool.

To stream from a capture device use nsvenc like you tried or the NSVcap GUI.

Do expect to create tool like "nsvscrrc" for *.NSV on *nix platform ??
