long delay for relay to connect to main server after drop

sometimes the relay server will lose connection to the main server. both servers still up just the network inbetween. however, it takes 30 seconds for the stream to connect again once the network is up. it will say somethin like.. "connecting waiting 30 secs". Is there any way to bring down that time to like 1-5 seconds instead of 30?

Have you tried lowering your DSP reconnection timer?
