Tsk tsk. MyIE2 is so much better. It's IE with tabs. Mmm..

(Ignore the crappy skin though, I have a really nice brushed aluminum one. )

IE shells (I don't know the technical/proper name) always use a lot of resorses, and are prone to more crashes than IE alone. This is my experience anyway.
See if it does it when just in IE.

Do you have ad blocking turned on in norton? Turning that off might help, I'm going to go find a thread with anubis in it and see what mine does.

//edit: No problems here. Although I have windows 2000 pro, and a very unupdated norton 2002, and norton is slightly different for each OS, so, yeah. anubis' sig graphic doesn't show up for me though.

i would say:
1: mozilla firebird OR opera
2: mozilla
DO NOT EVER USE, EVER: netscape.

but that's just me. opera isn't free, though.

You know there is this invention called a period that you put at the end of a complete thought. It makes it easier for other to understand what it is that you are saying. You should use more of them in strategically placed locations.

Also Mozilla and Mozilla Firebird both support skining.

I decided to try Netscape. Does anyone know where I can get a pop-up blocker for it?

!EDIT! - Nevermind, I already uninstalled it.

Have you tried Mozilla?

Yes, but I have not tried Mozilla Firebird. I currently use Opera 7.11 (and IE 6 from time to time).

But netscape is so slow. There's just something good about pressing the 'web' button on the keyboard and having IE appear within a second.

Dlinkwit: empty your temp. internet files: go to tools, internet options, delete files. It won't delete any cookies (so you'll stay signed in to the forums).

other than cleaning my temp files, i also hit the reset web settings button, and defaults in the programs and advanced tabs to fix my problems.
