A bit of help for 2.9 needed.

I was looking in the 'Make your own' section for winamp 2 skinning, and noticed there was no explanation on the 2.9 parts. Is there a place where I can download the base skin parts for 2.9 , to use as a base, or is there a good tutorial anywhere that covers 2.9 skinning?
