Acacia OWN's the rights to digital streaming!
What's up with this?

That is absolutely insane. Good god some people need to get a grip on reality.

yea well we will see about this when they try to sue someone who actually does have a legal budget and can afford to fight them. As you can see they go after people who really don't know much about it or can't afford to pay someone who does or is willing to fight. I'd like to see them go up against a company the likes of Yahoo! or AOL, which both create streaming technologies and use them.

All they need to do is create a legal "presidence". With a standing legal presidnece things can still get very tricky, even if you have a huge legal budget and staff.

it's still quite a gamble for them, and they know this. Even with a presidence they still have to worry about this sort of activity coming back to bite them.
