Help anyone *lol*

I'm currently streaming through ShoutCAST and for some reason I'm getting an awful lot of breaks in the stream, by that people are telling me that hear so much of the music then it just cuts then continues. I don't know what's happening, I think my system is of sufficient spec to handle live streaming so I don't know what's happening.

Please, any advice would be great.
