Having Port troubles

I am very new at this, so apologies for any... newbness. I've been searching for help for days but can't seem to fix the problem. I am on a router and am not sure how to forward ports and that's my big problem at this point. Everytime that I try to log into my SHOUTcast server, I get this message:

Event log:
<07/16/03@14:44:10> [SHOUTcast] DNAS/win32 v1.9.2 (Nov 25 2002) starting up...
<07/16/03@14:44:10> [main] loaded config from C:\Program Files\SHOUTcast\sc_serv.ini
<07/16/03@14:44:10> [main] initializing (usermax:15 portbase:8001)...
<07/16/03@14:44:10> [main] No ban file found (sc_serv.ban)
<07/16/03@14:44:10> [main] No rip file found (sc_serv.rip)
<07/16/03@14:44:10> [main] opening source socket
<07/16/03@14:44:10> [main] source thread starting
<07/16/03@14:44:10> [main] opening client socket
<07/16/03@14:44:10> [source] listening for connection on port 8002
<07/16/03@14:44:10> [main] error opening client socket! FATAL ERROR! Some other process is using this port!

Anyone know what the problem might be and how to fix it? Thanks a lot.
