actually broadcasting

hi there-

winamp and shoutcast are set up and i can see the output happening - so i'm ready to go but i don't know how to have people access my stream. i have a site set up (www.sicktunes.com), the .pls link is correct i think....i don't know where to actually put the .pls file though.
