Does the RIAA need to watch out?
I think that the RIAA really needs to be careful what they are doing and saying these days. This is especially true because of all the psychos in the US. If someone has the brains (or lack there of) to try and sell a child, then I think that there are most likely plenty of people who are so mad at the RIAA, that they would try to blow it up.
Maybe if they werent so irrational about things then maybe people wouldnt be so mad. Like if CD prices were around $7 - $10 bucks, then people might buy more CDs (yeah, I know, that really came out of left field!). Thats all people really need, is some iniative to buy CDs again. I'm not saying that I wish to see the RIAA blown up, but what I'm really try to ask here is: what kind of protection do they have against a mad bomber or something to the equivalent? And why are they so dumb? |

The RIAA doesn't want to change their business model, the old one was working and it's easier for them to fight for the old system than to invent a completely new one.

What we need is an organization with the money to legal combat the RIAA. We also need politicians to stop believing what they say and then making police-state like laws like the DMCA.

well, we might not have a multi-billion dollar warchest to back us up, but how much could a few 30.06 rounds cost...?
I'm dead serious. |

Well you see, all we have to do is rally to US public behind us...then we'll win...of course the problem would be rallying that many of the American people.

ummm...I know!
The CIA has found documents proving that the RIAA funds terrorist cells and is headed by top Al-Qaeda leaders. In fact, the RIAA was the chief financer of the September 11th attacks.By charging $10-15 dollars for a CD they are able to get massive amounts of money from the American public to fund more terrorist attacks. By using filesharing networks like KaZaa and Morpheus, YOU can help combat terrorism. Its a patriotic thing. Have a watermark of an American flag in the background. At the bottom, have a pic from September 11th with a small slogan below it saying "File sharing. Do your part to combat terrorism." |
