Volume Leveling

I thought I saw a plug in for winamp that will look at all mp3's in the playlist and automatically adjust up or down to make all songs the same volume. It would be basically the same as radio, you never have to turn up or turn down the volume of the computer when the song changes. I wanted to download it but can't seem to find it now. Does anyone know of such a plug in. Thanks for all the help.
