NSV Audio

For some reason, I connect to my server using NSVcap, that works fine I have my audio set to 22050hz, 48kbps. And I play my music through winamp and enable "What You Hear" mode. And to my viewers they complain about it skipping, and the music being all fuzzy, etc. Anyway, I can fix this problem?

I also have it while viewing pre-recorded .nsv files. The audio messes up.
