shoutcast refresh server

I understand that shoutcast has put a ridiculous time limit on refreshing the server. Its like 4 minutes. So by the time someone clicks in to listen to a song the song is over. So what can be done to overcome this. Can it be setup that maybe it will refresh the list with the next song or something rather than the ended song.

Purely technical you could, but in practice you cant.

if your talking about yp touches... they are actually delayed per min or so...
