DSP Only Letting Me Broadcast At 80kbps And Lower

For some reason in my DSP plugin under the encoder tab It only lists the bitrates up to 80kbps Stereo. Its never done this in the past and I don't understand why it won't let me go up higher to 128kbps like I need. I've attached a screenshot below. Thanks
