Now Playing using CGI?
I'm learning CGI right now in my webmaster class. Is there a script somewhere that will get me a Now Playing feature on my website using CGI? If so, where can I find it?

Doesn't that defeat the learning aspect of the class?

Speaking purley technically .... no it is not possible with CGI, as CGI has nothing to do with what you want to achive. CGI stands for "Common Gateway Interface" and is the method how a webserver communicates with external applications.
So much about the technical aspect. However it is certainly possible by using an actual third party script interpreter . If you want to do it in Perl, check out this thread .... http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?threadid=145609
