heh, where did you think I was pulling the wacky names from, both Lydia and Chrome Cranks are associated with Foetus, Lydia in the song you mentioned and a few others, Chrome Cranks did a EP with them, two tracks by Foetus, and two by them.
Ok, my turn ... Image edited to prevent the obvious giveaway,... |

Stumped again man! Cool drummer, cool guitarist. Are you sure the obvious giveaway is that obvious? Is it Bob the Builder's band?

Unless you think that bands name scrawled accross the front of the drum isn't obvious, then I guess not
![]() More clues, just released a new album in April of this year, big underground act of the '80 and it's the second image on google image search... |

Haven't heard of any of those bands zootm (obviously I'm not up-to-date on British metal). The Darkness are giving me all the metal I need at present. Good to see a band bringing back the hair.

They actually go as far back as 1976....
Put you out of your misery, it's The Cramps , gotta admit I cheated a little bit there, the lead singer, Lux Interior, isn't in the picture, but you should have got it from the guitar player , Poison Ivy...Check out the latest album, Fiends of Dope Island |

Damn!!!! I thought it was the Cramps (even looked at their page on AMG). The missing members threw it, I thought it was a weird two-some. Thanks for the recommendation.
As I tell my kids - weird is good. |

Yep. But now I can't get the horrible image of Alanis Morissette with a beard outta my head.

How about a duel marvin - pistols at dawn? It'd be more sporting.

I was going to post the exact same picture of George Clinton (for 'tis he), but went for Bootsy instead.

I knew you'd get it, Marvin. Kudos!
(The Funkadelic connection between Bootsy Collins and George Clinton was too easy, I'm sure. )

@sidd: The guy with his hand out (if that's the one you're referring to) is George Clinton, Grand Funkmaster Extraordinaire (as I think of him), of Parliament and Funkadelic fame, among many, many other contributions to the genre.
Here's another. (...and Cylob, to answer your question before you ask it... No, it's not Alanis Morissette. )

Initials J.H. She's just formed this band (in addition to the solo career) ![]() Not really associated with riot grrrl, more of a US PJ Harvey. ..I still haven't a clue who your Janis Joplin look-a-like is. |
