Has anyone run shoutcast server and windows streaming server on the same box?

Has anyone does this are there any conficts if you run both servers on the same box??

I currently have windows streaming server and was going to put a shoutcast server on the same box but am a bit skepticle on whether or not this will cause a conflict of some sort..
