HELP! Keeps disconnecting.

Shoutcast keeps kicking me off I think because on winamp it keeps on having to reconnect. I have a firewall but it asks me if i want to let it connect and i have pressed yes for both winamp and the dnas thing. Why else would it keep kicking me off?

This is what it says on The server.....it stays connected for like 30 seconds then disconnects then comes back up for about 30.

Are you sending a source to the DNAS?

What is your input method?

Ya im using Winamp and then when I need to DJ I use Soundcard for the microphone.

Well when i use soundcard it dont disconnect but when I chose Winamp (Recommended it dont send any bytes, it just stays at 0)

It seems like when I play WMAS it dont work and when i play other file formats it works.

Because due to restrictions of Microsoft's lame ass WMA it bypasses the DSP and Output system. So the SHOUTcast DSP hears nothing using the "Winamp" method. Use either "Soundcard" or install the old WMA plug-in.
