help on firewall/ Server settings

heres as far as i got:
got the Shoutcast server connected and working, shows i connected, winamp shotcast shows to be broadcasting, data being sent.
then server gives error,
<08/23/03@08:03:45> [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave error (nak)
<08/23/03@08:03:45> [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer (IP: 68.98.238.7:8001) from the Internet, disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection refused))

im inside my router's settings page, but im not sure as to open up the router to allow listeners to connect.
please help
