Sending Out Multi-bitrate Streams 16kbp and 128 kbp

hi
I use DSP 1-8-2b and winamp 2.9
I broadcasts 24kbps and 128kbps and it works good
if I want to change 24kbps to 16 kbps how shall I do there are no encoder small than 24
I want to broadcast 16kbps and 128kbps multi ?

other question can I broadcast more than
16 and 24 and 128

You'll need to switch to an earlier SHOUTcast DSP to broadcast in 16kbps. This, however, will require multiple instances of Winamp to stream in multiple bitrates.

What makes the latest DSP so great is that there are five encoder slots so you can source up to five DNASs from one Winamp/DSP combo.

A 16kbps music stream isn't going to sound very good.

how can I do it in earlier SHOUTcast DSP multi in the 16kbps and 128kbps
what shall I change in winamp where can find It ducoment abut this ?

can I have two DSP serve upp simultaneous
in order to broadcast with it old version 1.8.0
16kbps and with 1.9.2 broadcast multi 24 kbps and 128 kbps
or use something other serve with DSP
