BUG: "can't open table"

This is the most annoying bug EVER!

I open winamp 2.91 to where i was last.
libery/internet tv.
It tells me "can't open table"
Then this screen comes up.

attached picture in zip.
Please verify.

Soon after the strange screen comes up.
the computer crashs.

This may be easier to view the problem.
It is no longer in a zip.

Delete the plugins\ml dir and reinstall.
