Svcd

I'd like to play SVCD (MPEG2 is it ?)in winamp
what (codec) do I need ?
I tried Divx codecs, ffdshow, Xvid.
When I put a Svcd in my Dvd player en load it in winamp
mij DVD is running but winamp blocks (like it's looping)
no sound no movie.
Then I have to open mij dvd player so I can close winamp
again.

please give the right name of the codec and a link where I
can get it.
I know you can play those SVCD's with PowerDVD but I prefer
Winamp3

2. Moonlight-Elecard MPEG2 Player

3. NiceMC Media Winamp3 3rd party component (not sure if this will do the trick for you or not)
