Fatal Error!! Ive Looked everywhere

I am really srry for posting this but i swear i have searched at least 5 hours tryin to figure this dam thing out and i always get the same thing. I am not the smartest person when it comes to computer so if someone could tell me step by step that would be greatly apreciated! aight when i fisrt downloadin nullcast DNAS i could connect but when i left and came back a few hours later it wouldn't let me connect and said this

I am getting really ticked off cuz i have been tryin to set the radio station up for about 10 hours in total. I have looked at the FAQ thing and it didnt help i run windows me i use kazaa and i have file sharing on it now does that meen i have a fire wall?? and wtf is a router? lol srry for asking so many questions but im really tired of searchin i didnt want it to come to this but if anyone can help me it would be greatly apreciated!!!!! thanx alot for your time

try changing the port base to another number (change that in the config)

should look something like this:
portbase=8001

change to
portbase=5555 (or some type of number)

in short that means you haven't reserved an IP or banned anybody, in some cases that may be good but if you've banned a person or reserved an IP and see that, it's not real good

don't worry about it
just begin broadcastin if you see yp.shoutcast.com added me successfully! or yp.shoutcast.com touched! your in good hands

lollol only one prob i cant broadcast so u want me to try every possible number for the port and like routers and firwewalls?/ whats that all about??

do you have a firewall, or a lil box that allows you to plug serveral computers into one internet?

lil box no i run dial up (parents to cheap to get anythin else) and firewalls well im not to sure does kazaa have one i heard they do??

uh kazaa doesn't have a firewall... Does your ISP block ports, or the biggy, are you on parental controls? Some progs like AOL block ports intentially

lol no parental controls and ISP srry not to smart with comps and do u have MSN Messager it would be much easier lol. ummmm im pretty much screwed arent i?? is tyhere any easier way to comincate yahoo msn messenger and iqc is what i have

aight day two and the portbase is still screwed up i cant get a connection argh this is drivin me insane. what about the YPOrt what number should that be and do u no of any probase numbers that work arghhhhhhhhh!!
