I'm in a home network and need help

Hi i'm in a home network and i can't broadcast now. What's the problem?, when i see my ip address is just the internal private ip provided by my router so nobody can hear me by internet, please help me.

have you forwarded the ports on your router? Any errors showing up in the DNAS log?
