Need connection help

I can't connect my station to the network. I get the same messege every time telling me it couldn't connect. I'm in college right now so I'm worried they are blocking it some how. Has anyone gotten around this issue?

this is the messege I get.
[yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer (IP: ***.**.***.***:****) from the Internet, disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection refused))
