Help with Shoutcast

Hello, I am new as you can tell and Ive just tried to download shoutcast, I already have winamp 2 on my computer and have downloaded shoutcast sererval time's. I need to know where to find shortcast in my computer. I have been told it is somewhere in the winamp file but Im not sure where to look, It would mean alot if someone could lend me a helping hand.

the DSP is within the winamp properties under DSP, it needs to be enabled for it to work.

The Shoutcast Server should be under C:\program files\shoutcast\
