 Oxygen not booze draw students to local bar A while back, I heard a spot on the radio in Colorado Springs about a bar where you can go "trip" on herbal stimulants, inhale nitrous and oxygen, the whole while "tripping" on their psychedelic decore. Sounds overrated to me, anyone been to such a place? |

Oxygen trip aside, I already have a limited number of brain cells. Why would I want to pay for inhalation of anything when the atmospheric levels of gaseous matter is free?
Besides, I will get to the geriatric look soon enough.

Blame it on the Japanese. I believe (and I could be incorrect about my info) that the Oxygen bars started in Japan, a fad that got started in Tokyo. They were advertised to help improve people's breathing due to high levels of air pollution over there. Then someone told Michael Jackson that it would make him live forever, so, the fad was brought here to the states.
