Auto create playlists?

I have my MP3's organized in the following folder format:

Music
..|
..|-Full Albums
..|...|
..|...|-0-9
..|...|-A
..|...|-B
..|...|.|
..|...|.-Blur
..|...|...|
..|...|...|-The Best of
..|...|...|......|
..|...|...|....The Actual files
..|...|...|-Think Tank
..|...|..........|
..|...|..........The Actual files
..|...|-And so on...
..|
..|-Misc
..|...|
..|...|-0-9
..|...|-A
..|...|-B
..|...|-And so on...


What I want is a program that will scan the directories in Full Albums and create a playlist at the bottom of each folder with the MP3's in, in track number order if possible. I've been using the 'Album List' plugin but I think it would just be easier to create playlists for each individual album. I don't have the time to do this manually as I have 200+ albums in MP3.

Does any one know of a program that will do this?
