What is your Windows OS?
What is your sound card? If it's an onboard chip, then what is the make/model of your pc or motherboard? What version of DirectX is installed? (start -> run -> dxdiag) Do other players come up with the same error message? (eg. Windows Media Player) Answer these first, and we'll take things from there. |
