Whenever I use my common sence.

A very close Japanese friend I knew a while ago once said to me "Watashi no koto wo oboeta, onegai shimasu...Yakusoku?"

I forgot his name though...

Not my fault - I hit the button only once, and even if I didn't, arn't I only supposed to be able to post once in a 60-second period? It's apparently a bug in vBulletin.

[edit] Whoa, they're spaced several minutes apart?! I REALLY didn't press *submit* more than once (didn't even see the double post, because I had closed the window). Ah well[/edit]

yes, sometimes---let me explain. In many areas I just have innate abilities to know things I'm not supposed to know (stuff that's WAAAY ahead of "my level," and people at first are like "shut up," then I show them something and they're like "wow-sorry."

Most of the time, though I feel stupid even though people say I'm smart (kinda weird; reverse relationsip between whether others think I'm smart versus whether I think I'm smart).

I'm a DJ. You can DL my mixes free from my website: www.djcmount.com

I start feeling like a genius when I drink and people laugh at my jokes. There's a string of time in there where I'm drunk enough to let lose all my strange inner musings and when everybody is drunk enough to laugh at all of them. Most of the times it's hit or miss. An hour after I've started drinking it's almost always hits.

People were expecting me to go to an ivy league college when i grew up.
This was very similar to my younger years, without the Ivy League college part (they seem to frown on criminal records). I did a report on how an internal combustion engine functions, complete with diagrams drawn on the blackboard, in second grade (age 6), completely on the fly – no notes (I had completely blown the assignment off, so I just went with something I knew - A+). When I was done I realized no one in the class, including the teacher, had understood what I said. I wasn’t sure if it was because they weren’t smart enough to understand or I wasn’t smart enough to explain it in a way that was understandable. There were similar occurrences over the years, where my feelings of genius were dashed quickly by the reality of the situation.
I have gotten to be friends with actual geniuses (people who’s IQ’s qualify them for the “club”) during my life, and there lives aren’t much different than mine. The true “genius” to me seems to be the ability to take life as it is and make the best of it.

Alex Jones: Do you want the puppet on the right or the puppet on the left? What a bunch of garbage; liberal democrat, conservative, republican. It's all there to control you! Two sides of the same coin. Two management teams bidding for control, the CEO job of Slavery, Incorporated! The truth is out there in front of you, but they lay out this buffet of lies. When someone has been looking at their code for hours and can't figure out why it's not working, and you come in and add one character (like a semi colon) and fix it for them

I know more technical information regarding cars than alot of the people I know at school...Although I get satisfaction from spreading my knowledge to other people, I also feel good for myself when I leave them clueless as well...

There's a short feeling when a new song is learned on the guitar. Or when it's classical gas, a new part of it. That song is insane to learn, only about a few 'parts' in. Then it fades within minutes.
