Help!!!!

I'm currently using Win XP.When i open my Shoutcast GUI always shows me this error:[yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer (IP: 68.50.40.106:8000) from the Internet, disable NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection timed out).

1)I've tried enable & disable firewall.
2)check that's no shared connection..

so can wat shld i check???i really lost..

Two (or less) easy steps:
1. If you have a firewall, open the necessary port(s).
2. If you have a router, configure it to forward the necessary port(s) to the DNAS machine.

Scroll down a bit and look for the section titled:
DNAS Stuff -> Errors -> Fixing [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer (IP: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:xxxx) from the Internet, disable NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection timed out)

Are the necessary ports open in your firewall and are they being forwarded to the DNAS machine?

Check out http://www.radiotoolbox.com/cantheygetin and see if the reported information there helps.

I'm a s'porean.I check everyting is the same.i can't see there's any problem with my firewall & ISP.I saw threat:" An issues that drives us all mad by mcelraft." His case is a router but i'm not.I'm using Alcatel SpeedTouch USB ADSL PPP.I'm a stand alone networking & not a LAN networking.So,is there's any ways 4 me 2 can configure as i need it urgently a.s.a.p.Thks!!
