Windows user switching......

right i have 2 seperate accounts set up on XP One 4 music n broadcasting the other for general surfing ... yet when i try and switch between users My internet conncetion cuts off im on XP home.

Ive only been on a Broadband connection since july and it never used to happen when i had dial up Any Suggestions??? Coz its really pissing me off.

strange.is the opposite for me. broadband stays connected between user switching, but dialup seems to wanna disconnect when I switch. maybe some kinda setting in XP where it only stays connected on the original net connection? im goin out on a limb here with this.

dunno mate looked at all my settings on my PC and nothings changed since i Installed broadband just cant think why its doing it Gonna ask BT methinks maybes its something to do with them

Are you completely switching users or just logging on 2 at the same time?

jus trying to run Music from one user I.E run shoutcast from 1 and using the other 4 genral surfing just had a memory upgrade so i cant see the problem got enuff memory for up to 20 listeners as far as i can see without any probs its gettin annoying :-((

P.S - can ya gimme the HTML so i can show users whats playing on the station on my website?? im rather intrigued by it all!! where are you?? im in manchester UK.

Yes, but are you logging off then logging on to another account, or just switching users and being logged on with 2 users at the same time?

trying to switch users im only on XP Home But it was never a problem when i was on Dial up - used to be able to have music downloading on one and surf on the other with out any disconnection from ISP ??? im scratching me head.
