For the .asx (WMP).. put the following in a notepad document and then save it as <whatever>.asx

  </entry>

</asx>

Of course, change things to fit your needs.

Simply upload this to your website and link it and it will open in the appropriate player.

Please be aware that only the very latesgt version of windows media player will play shoutcast streams and the older versions (V7 and below and possibly V8 as well) will not work with shoutcast streams at all. V9 works fine though.
