ReBuffering Problem

Help,

I have a problem on Shoutcast with the station KKSTN. It does not
matter if you are listening with any version of Winamp or RealPlayer or QuickTime...but very frequently the stream starts to spontaneously rebuffer on the user end every few seconds.

I have tried slowing down the stream and clearing the cache etc.

What could be the cause of this problem.
